Booking Procedure

Below is the general procedure for making a booking from start to finish. If you have any questions at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us directly, and we will be very happy to help you out.

There are two ways to make a booking: (A) by phone or (B) online.

(A) By Phone

1. Phone us on +44 (0)8456 444 852
2. We confirm the availability of your preferred holiday home.
3. We provide you with a booking reference number and the amount you will need to send to confirm your booking. (N.B. Payments can be made by credit or debit cards with the booking form.) Cheques are also acceptable (subject to 7 working days for clearance).
We regret we are unable to accept American Express Cards.
4. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days.
5. Within 7 days you complete the booking form and send it to us along with your initial payment.
6. We acknowledge receipt of your booking and provide a statement of account detailing monies received, the balance due and by which date.

(B) Online

1. Select your preferred property and dates online.
2. Complete the online booking process. This confirms your acceptance of our standard booking Terms & Conditions.
3. All bookings are regarded as 'Provisional' until such time as confirmation is received from Rumsey Holiday Homes.
4. Once confirmed, all bookings (including those made online) are binding contracts between the holidaymaker and the property owner.
