Is your home suitable as a holiday let?
If you use your property for holidays it is very
likely that others would be happy to pay to rent your holiday
home. But there are often adjustments to furniture, equipment
or even decorations which would allow you to command a higher
rent. We are happy to advise you on these questions. You should
also be aware that certain types of property cannot be let
on a holiday basis. These are usually leasehold properties
(normally flats) where the headlease prohibits or restricts
