Short Breaks

“These are not widely available, but can be booked on specific units at specific times of the year. However, where a Short Break can be offered, the following rules apply:

1.	A flat rate of 70% for up to 4 nights.
2.	Short Breaks CANNOT be booked more than 4 weeks before the holiday date.
3.	No 'Priority entitlement' in subsequent years.
4.	Payment by card or cash on booking (i.e. provisonals are not held for 7 days).
5.	Short Breaks are not generally available in High or Low Seasons.
